Ben is the founder of One Heart Support Services and one of two Directors. He has been serving in the disability sector since 1997, starting in Sydney and then onto Brisbane where he has been based for 25+ years.  He is passionate about helping others in both his work and personal life, and he is dedicated to ensuring the participants of

Kylie is a Director and Support Coordinator for One Heart Support Services.  She is passionate about helping NDIS participants get the best out of their NDIS journey. With her experience over the past 20+ years as a mother, a support worker, a foster carer and youth worker Kylie recognizes the need to be the greatest advocate for One Hear

 Lisa brings a big heart and over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, where she served as a Nurse Ward Manager at QEII Hospital in Brisbane. In 2022, she transitioned from the government sector to the NDIS, driven by her passion for fostering strong participant and staff relationships. At One Heart Support Services, Lisa oversee

At One Heart Support Services, Lisa oversees all support workers and works closely with participants to ensure the best matches between them and their support workers. 

 Gina is a rock star in the NDIS industry and is dedicated to helping young people thrive in supportive environments. With a background in health, NDIS, and education sectors, she has the expertise to develop and implement programs that maximize the social, community, and skill-building aspects of the NDIS journey for young participants.
