One Heart Support is a leading NDIS service provider that offers an inclusive school holiday program for NDIS participants aged 7 to 17 - One Heart Holiday Heroes. Our program is all about building confidence, creating friendships and making memories. We aim to develop essential life skills and enhance self-esteem through engaging social and community activities. With a structured and fun-filled schedule, we ensure that no child is left behind. Our wheelchair-accessible van allows all participants to join in a variety of activities both at the One Heart Hub and within the community.
