For many school aged young people who are NDIS participants, access to vacation care is challenging. And if they are fortunate enough to access vacation care their activities are often limited to in-class activities. At One Heart Support Services we have a commitment to having the best time every school holidays, with in-house activities, incursions and excursions. We are dedicated to no child gets left behind. Held at the Logan City Hawks Football Club in Edens Landings every school holidays, each young person is engaged in the planned activities, taking advantage of the nearby skate park, playground, football field and train station. Email gina@oneheartss.com.au for more information.
Who wants to just hang out to do nothing on Saturdays? Or which parent/carer needs to do some running around to get things done on a Saturday? Every Saturday outside of school holidays we provide supported access to social and community activities through our social Saturdays. They are run much like a day in our school holiday program, and last for 5 hours. If you are interested to finding out more please email gina@oneheartss.com.au for more information.
Navigating access to NDIS for yourself or for your loved one can be intimidating and confusing. The application process can be daunting and overwhelming. We are here to help. We can guide you through the application process to have you ready for that first interview with the NDIS representative. We will also journey with you through the process until we reach your goal of accessing NDIS funding.
