Kylie Lowery, the director of One Heart Support, has dedicated many decades to caring roles. Her mission is to support people in every capacity possible. With experience as a foster carer, an at-home carer of a family member, a youth worker, and a disability support worker, she brings a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to the table. She is also the parent to four active teenagers! Her passion for support services inspired the creation of One Heart Support.

Kylie is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those who depend on NDIS providers and support workers. She continuously strives to improve her services and that of One Heart Support, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement in the industry. As director, she has the authority to implement these improvements effectively.

Her vision for One Heart Support includes fostering a culture that celebrates the abilities and unique qualities of the One Heart Support clients. To emphasise the importance of educating the wider community to embrace and appreciate individuals of all abilities and uniqueness. 

Kylie also appreciates that the NDIS system can be confusing or difficult to navigate and is happy to spend time with participants and nominees alike to assist them to unravel their plans and make it make sense. Along with the One Hearts Support managers she enables participants and nominees to get the most out of their plans, making the most of NDIS services to improve their lives exponentially. 

Kylie firmly believes in making things possible for her clients. She is dedicated to providing the quality of life the One Heart Support clients aspire to, delivering personalised and high-quality care through the amazing team at One Heart Support
