Ben and Kylie Lowery, the directors of One Heart Support Services, have dedicated many decades to caring roles, both individually and as a married couple. Their mission is to support people in every capacity possible. With experience as foster carers, youth workers, and disability support workers, they bring a wealth of personal and professional knowledge to the table. They are also parents to three active teenage boys and a lively tween girl. Their shared passion for support services inspired the creation of One Heart Support Services.

Ben and Kylie are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those who depend on NDIS providers and support workers. They continuously strive to improve their services, identifying and addressing areas for enhancement in the industry. As directors, they have the authority to implement these improvements effectively.

Their vision for One Heart Support Services includes fostering a culture that celebrates the abilities and unique qualities of their clients. They emphasise the importance of educating the wider community to embrace and appreciate individuals of all abilities and uniqueness.
